Enjoy complimentary express shipping Australia wide. International orders are shipped with tracked express service. Dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
All orders require a signature on delivery. If no one is available, parcels will be rerouted to a designated location, and the customer will be notified accordingly.
For orders containing multiple items, we will dispatch your order once all items are available and ready for shipment. If any item is on backorder, we will notify you with an estimated dispatch date.
Processing Time
Orders placed online are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in AEST (or AEDT during daylight saving time).
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days. If an item is Made to Order, additional production time may apply (see the section below for details).
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We typically use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries within Australia.

We use trusted express couriers like FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Australia Post for international deliveries.

Customs & Duties
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and may be due upon arrival. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any potential fees before purchasing.

We offer a range of products, and the shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the item. Below is a guide to help you understand when to expect your order:
Made to Order Items
Some of our pieces are Made to Order, meaning they are crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. These items are clearly labeled as "Made to Order" on the product page. While this ensures your piece is unique, it may require more time. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped using the applicable shipping method you’ve selected.
In Stock Items
For items that are in stock, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. If you’ve selected Express Shipping, you should receive your item within the estimated timeframe once dispatched.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. We’ll provide an estimated restock date.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can check the status of your parcel at any time via the selected courier’s tracking system.
